摘要:
为探求新疆野扁桃(Amygdalus ledebouriana)实生更新受限的障碍因子,更好的保护该种质资源和种群,以新疆巴尔鲁克山野扁桃当年种子为试验材料,研究种子吸水特性、不同层积时间、不同质量浓度赤霉素(GA3)和不同基质处理对种子休眠与萌发的影响,并对萌发抑制物进行探究。结果表明:(1)完整种子在层积80 d后解除自然休眠,而去种皮种子不需要层积就可萌发,添加300 mg·L-1 GA3培养可以提前打破去种皮种子休眠并提高发芽率。(2)萌发抑制物主要存在于外果皮和中果皮。(3)在原生境土壤中的萌发率比在营养土中高。
