Effects of multi-walled carbon nanotubes on gametophyte development and sporophyte production of C. thalictroides(L.) BrongnA1-A5.The spore germination of the control group was cultured for 15,15,19,32 and 41 d,respectively;B1-B5.The spore germination of 0.5 mg·L-1 multi-walled carbon nanotube treated group was cultured for 7,15,19,32 and 32 d,respectively;C1-C5.The spore germination of1.0 mg·L-1 multi-walled carbon nanotube treated group was cultured for 7,15,19,32 and 41 d,respectively;D1-D6.The spore germination of2.5 mg·L-1 multi-walled carbon nanotube treated group was cultured for 7,12,15,19,32 and 41 d,respectively;E1-E5.The spore germination of5.0 mg·L-1 multi-walled carbon nanotube treated group was cultured for 9,16,18,28 and 28 d,respectively;An.Antheridium;Ar.Archegonium;Sp.Sporophyte;PV.Plate produced by vegetative reproduction.
