星冰岛衣素的结构一尼泊尔星冰岛衣中的一个新缩酚酮类化合物

Abstract: A new depsidone, cetrariastrumin (1), C22H20O10, mp. l63-165℃, has been isolated from the extracts of Cetrariastrum nepalensis Awas. by means of silicagel column chromatography. The structtlre of (l ) was elucidated as 3-formyl- 4-hydrox--3' -hydrokymethyl-2', 6'-diethoxycarbony1- 6-methyl-depsidone by IR, UV, MS, 1H NMR and 18C NMR spectral data of cetrarias- trumin is presented.

摘要: 尼泊尔星冰岛衣(Cetrariastrum nepalensis Awas.)系星冰岛衣属地衣植物,广泛分布于云南中部和西北部,常常附生于多种杜鹃、松树和栎树等树枝上.由其制得的浸膏和净油等产品,具有特征的苦青香气,是一种很好的香原料,在各种调配香料中有着广泛的用途.关于香气成分和其它的成分我们将另文报道。本文报告从乙醇提取物中经硅胶柱层分离得到一个新的缩酚酮类化合物—星冰岛衣素(cetrariastrumin)的化学结构。
