About Journal

Scope

The journal scope includes basic and applied research on genetic, species and ecosystem diversity at multiple scales, ranging from intracellular processes to the impact of global environmental change on the origin, dynamics, and practical applications of biodiversity.

Our research interest integrates botanical, zoological, microbiological, taxonomic, phylogenetic, genomic, cellular, ecological, climatological, economic and sociological disciplines, and focuses on cutting-edge scientific research and methodological and theoretical innovations in the field of biodiversity, as well as real-time policy theories and implications for socio-economics.

The journal recognizes the need to include a broad scope of research, from molecular and cellular biology to functional genomics, ecological modeling, and ecosystem-based approaches. We see this as instrumental in understanding the entire spectrum of biodiversity science.

Journal aims

Biological Diversity is dedicated to disseminating innovative, rigorous, and avant-garde advancements in the realm of biodiversity science, particularly emphasizing interdisciplinary research breakthroughs. We are creating a a robust international platform for high-level academic discourse, attracting preeminent scholars to showcase their research.
