Abstract: From the fresh tuber of Gastrodia elata Blume, five phenolic compounds were isolated and elucidated as 4, 4'-dihydroxy-diphenyl methane, 4, 4'-dihy-droxy-dibenzyl ether, 4-Ethoxymethyl phenyl 4'-hydroxy benzyl ether, 4-etlloxymethyl phenol, and 3, 4-dihydroxy-benzaldehyde.

摘要： 前报［1]我们报道了从天麻（Gastrodia elata Blume）中分离鉴定了天麻甙、对羟基苯甲醇和对羟基苯甲醛等六种成分。并经药理证明，前两个酚类成分具有镇静和镇痛作用。基于上述理由，我们继续对天麻的其它酚性成分进行了分离鉴定。此次以新鲜天麻为研究材料从乙醚提取部分又分离鉴定了五个酚类成分。
