A New Indoloquinazoline Alkaloid from the Fruit of Evodia rutaecarpa

吴茱萸果实的一种新吲哚喹唑啉生物碱——丙酮基吴茱萸碱

Abstract: Six indoloquinazoline alkaloid, rutaecarpine (1), evodiamine (2), hydroxyevodiamine (3), acetonylevodiamine (4), formyldihydrorutaecarpine(5) and evodiamide(6), among which(4) was a new one, were isolated from the fruit of Evodia rutaecarpa. Their structures were established mainly through spectral analysis and chemical transformation.

摘要: 从吴茱萸[Evodia rutaecarpa (Juss.) Benth.]果实分离得到6种吲哚喹唑啉生物碱,吴茱萸次碱(rutaecarpine,1),吴茱萸碱(evodiamine,2)、羟基吴茱萸碱(hydroxyevodiamine,3)、丙酮基吴茱萸碱(acetonylevodiamine,4)、14-甲酰基二氢吴茱萸次碱(14-formyldihydrorutaecarpine,5)和吴茱萸酰胺(evodiamide,6),其中,4为新化合物,根据波谱分析和标准品对照鉴定了化合物1~6的结构。
