Abstract: During the visit of the senior author in 1995 to the herbarium of the ational Museum of Natural History in Paris (P),a new saprophytic species of Cephalanthera was found related to Cephalanthera calcarata S.C.Chen ＆ K.Y.Lang published in 1986.
