紫金龙的生物碱成分

Abstract: Two aporphine alkaloids, (+) corydine (1 ), and (+) glaucine (2 ) were isolated from the roots of Dactylicapnos scandens Hutch and chara- cterized by UV, IR, MS, 1H NMR spectrascopic methods. The isolation and characterization of other two alkaloids, (+) isocorydine and protopine were reported in the last paper[1].

摘要: 紫金龙(Dactylicapnos scandens Huth)是云南民间使用较普遍的草药多主要用于镇痛。前报报道了从紫金龙根中分离和鉴定了其中主要生物碱成分右旋异紫堇丁[(+) isocorydine]和普罗托品(Protopine)。最近又从该植物根中分得两个生物碱成分,其量较少。经光谱分析鉴定为(十)紫堇丁[(+)ccrydine](1)和(+)海罂粟碱[(+) glaucine](2)。质谱测得二者的分子离子峰分别为m/z341,355,并均为基峰,而且二者均出现M+ -43(M—CH2NCH3)的碎片离子峰,分别为m/z298,312。与异紫堇丁的红外光谱相似,生物碱紫堇丁的羟基由于同甲氧基成分子内氢键,出现低频吸收(3175 cm-1),该羟基质子在核磁共振谱中出现在8.71ppm(1H,重水交换消失)。D环上的两个邻位芳环质子,呈AB系统出现在6.99土 0.19ppm(2H,AB)。取代基有:一个氮甲基(2,54,3H,s),三个甲氧基(3.91)6H,s;3.74,3H,s)。
