HIGH-PERFORMANCE LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHIC ANALYSIS OF SAPONINS OF PANAX QUINQUEFOLIUM CULTIVATED IN YUNNAN, CHINA

云南栽培西洋参皂甙的高压液相色谱定量分析

Abstract: Abstract Composition and contents of saponins of Panax quinquefolium cultivated in Yunnan, China, were analyzed by high-performance liquid chroma-tography(HPLC)on an N-18 ODS-column using aqueous acetonitrile containing KH2-P04 or H3PO4 as the mobile phase, flow rate: 1 ml/min, detection wave length 202 nm, chart speed; 2.5 mm/min. Contents of the major saponins including ginsenoside Rbl, Rb2, Re, Rd, Re, Rgl, Ro and malonyl saponins (malonyl gensenoside Rbl, Rb2, and Re) were markedly different according to the age, time of harvest, co-mmercial grades, and the underground parts of the plant.

摘要: 采用N-18ODS柱,以CH3CN:H2O(31:69v/v)中加入50mM KH2 PO4和CH3CN:H2O:H3PO4(20:80:0.5v/v)为流动相,在202nm紫外吸收波长检测下,测定了云南丽江引种栽培的西洋参中丙二酸人参皂甙(malonyl ginscnoside)Rbl、Rb2、Rc、人参皂甙(ginsenoside)Rb1、Rb2、Rc、Rd、Ro和Re、Rg1等10种主要皂甙的含量,讨论了不同的栽培年代、采收季节、地下部位以及商品等级中包甙含量的变化,对该地区西洋参的生产提出了建议。
