Abstract: From the crude glycoside of dried root of Cynanchum auriculatum Royle ex Wight,which is a famous traditioal tonic in Oriental System of Medicine, four known C21 steroial glycosides-wilfoside C3N，C2N，C1G，K1N and three new C21 steroidal glycosides named cynauricuoside-A.（1），－B（2)，－C（3）were isolated and elucidated on bases of chemical and spectral evidence.
