Abstract: From Chinese folk medicine H. fragrans roots, oleanolic acid, daucosterol, melaleucic acid ( I ) and two new compounds (II) and (III) have been isolated. On the bases of spectroscopic data and chemical evidences, the stru-ctures of (II) and (III) were elucidated as lup-3β,23-dihydroxy-20 (29) -ene-27, 28-dioic acid and melaleucic acid-28-[α -L-rhamnopyranosyl-( 1 - 4 )- β -D-gluco-pyranosyl- ( 1 - 6 )- β -D-glucopyranosyl ]ester, respectively.

摘要： 从传统中药大蛇药（Heteropanax fragrans）根茎中分离到齐墩果酸、胡萝卜甙、 melaleucic acid（I）及两个新化合物II和III。通过化学反应及光谱数据证明，它们的结构分别为；3β,23-二羟基-20-（29）-羽扇烯-27、28-二羧酸和melaleucic acid－28[α－L－rha－mnopyranosyl-（1—4）-β-D－glucopyranosyl-(1—6）－β-D－glucopyranosyl]ester。
