棒槌瓜的达玛烷型新三萜

Abstract: A new dammarane triterpenoid, neoalsomitin A(l) were isolated from the rhizomes of Neoalsomitra integrifoliola, a Chinese cucurbitaceous plant collected in Xishuangbanna, South-Yunnan, China. On the basis of spectral analyses and chemical evidence, the chemical structure of neoalsomitin A (1) was established as 3β, 12β, 23β, 25-tetrahydroxy-20S, 24S-epoxy-dammarane.

摘要: 从云南西双版纳产葫芦科植物棒槌瓜(Neoalsomitra integrifoliola)的茎皮中分离到ocotillol达玛烷型新三萜—棒槌三萜A。通过波谱分析及化学转化,棒槌三萜A的化学结构确定为3β,12β,23β,25-四羟基-20S,24S-环氧-达玛烷。
