Abstract: Five secoiridoid glycosides were isolated from Swertia punicea Hemsl. which identi-fied as a new glycoside amarogentin B ( n ), together with four known compounds amarogentin (I), gentiopicroside (in), sweroside (IV) and swertiamarin (V) by means of spectral and chemical analyses.

摘要： 从紫红獐牙菜（Swertia punicea Hemsl.)中分离到5个单萜环烯醚甙。鉴定为苦龙胆甙(amarogentin)(I)和它的新异构体，命名为苦龙胆甙B(amarogentin B)(II)以及龙胆苦甙(gentiopicroside)(III)，獐牙菜甙(sweroside)(IV)和獐牙菜苦甙(swertiamarin)(V)。
