VA Mycorrhizal Fungi in the Rhizosphere Soil of Tropical and Subtropical Pteridophytes in Yunnan

Abstract: Survey was made on the VA mycorrhizal states of 256 pteridophtes species in the tropi- cal and subtropical areas of Yunnan. Twenty five species of VA mycorrhizal fungi were isolated and identified from the fern roots and rhizosphere soil of mycorrhized pteridophytes. The 25 spe- cies of fungi belong to the genera of Acaulospora, Gthespra, Glomus, Sclerocystis and Scutellospora respectly, among which, 8 species were new record of China. Concerning mycorrhizal states and their evolution of these pteridophytes was disussed, and the taxonomic characters of the 25 fungi species were described in this article.

摘要: 对云南热带、亚热带地区的 256种蕨类植物的VA菌根状况进行了调查;从具有VA菌根的蕨类植物根际土壤中分离鉴定了分属于无梗囊霉(Acaulos pora),巨孢囊霉(Gigas pora),球囊霉(Glomus),硬囊霉属(Sclerocystis)和盾孢囊霉属(Scutellos pora)的25种VA菌根真菌,其中,8种属于国内新记录种。本文对这些植物的VA菌根状况及其进化进行了讨论,并对25种真菌的分类特征进行了描述。
