Abstract: Forty-four pollen speciemens from thirty-four species and subspecies or varieties of the genus Epmedium (Berberidaceae) were examined by means of election microscope. The result revealed that the exine ornamentation evoled from irregularly-arranged stiate with small tips to foveolate, foveolateireticulate, and to reticulate or striato-reticulate type, along with the reticulate tectum from having small tips on it to psilate. Its taxonomic significance among them is discussed.

摘要： 利用扫描电子显微镜对小檗科淫羊藿属（Epimedium L．）34种及亚（变）种 44个花粉样品进行了观察和研究。该属植物花粉的外壁纹饰有由不规则条纹状突起到穴状、穴网状，再至网状或条网状演化的趋势，其中包括了穴（网眼）由少到多、由小到大；网脊表面具微刺至平坦的演化方向，与形态性状的演化基本一致，具有重要的分类价值。
