Abstract: A new sesquiterpene, 12,13-di-acetoxyl-l ,4,6,11-eudesmanetetol 1, together with six known com-pounds, was isolated from Michelia yunnanensis. The structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral means.

摘要： 从云南含笑Michelia yunnanensis Fr. ex Fin．et Gagn中分离得到1个新的倍半萜醇，命名为12，13－di－acetoxyl-1，4，6 11－eudesmanetetol，以及 3个已知的倍半萜内酯 1β-hydroxyarbusculin A 2，reynosin 3，parthenolide 4和 3个木脂素 3－（α，4-dihydroxy-3-methoxybenzyl)-4（4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzyl）tetrahydrofuran 5，丁香醛6，丁香脂素7。
