Abstract: In a previous paper, we reported the isolation and structure elucidation of three eudesmane sesquiterpenoids from Laggra Pterodenta. As a continuation of the studies on the biologically active constituents of this plant, we have got another four new eudesmane sesquiterpenoids from it. By spectral evidences, their structures are elucidated as 5,l2-diene eudesmane 13-oic acid(1); 1β-hydroxy-5,12-diene eudesmane l3-oic acid(2) 3β-hydroxy-5,l2-diene eudesmane 13-oic acid(3) and 2α,3β-dihydroxy-5,12-diene eudesmane 13-oic acid(4). They are named as Pterodontic acid(1);1β-hydroxy Pterodontic acid(2); 3β-hydroxy Pterodontic acid(3) and 2α,3P-dihtdroxy Pterodontic acid(4).

摘要： 从云南省芒市产臭灵丹［Laggera Pterodonta（DC.）Benth]中，分离得到 4个新的按烷型倍半萜酸，结构鉴定为5，12-二烯-桉烧-13-酸（1）；lβ-羟基-5，12-二烯-桉烷-13-酸（2）；3β-羟基-5，12-二烯-桉烷-13-酸（3）；2α,3β- 二羟基-5，12-二烯-桉烷-13-酸（4）。并依次命名为奥灵丹酸（Pterodontic acid）（l）； lβ-羟基-臭灵丹酸（lβ-hydroxy Pterodontic acid）（2); 3β-羟基-臭灵丹酸（3β-hydroxy pterodontic acid）（3）和 2α,3β-二羟基-臭灵丹酸（2α，3β－dihydroxy Pterodontic acid）（4）。
