Abstract: A new amide, the dimer of desmethoxypiplartine(1 ), to gether with four known comp-ounds, (Z) -l2 -octadecenic-α- glycerol mon oester(2), piperine (3), β- sitosterol(4), daucosterol(5),were isloated from Piper longum L. The structures were determined by spectra data and comparision with authentic samples.

摘要： 从荜拔（Piper Iongum L．）地上部分乙醇提取物中分得 5个化合物，经波谱分析确定其结构分别为:(α，β，α，β）-1，3-双（3，4-二甲氧基苯基)-2，4-双［1－（2－羰基-5，6-二氢吡啶）-甲酰基]环丁烷（1）（Z）-12-十八碳烯酸-α-甘油单酯（2），胡椒碱（3），β-谷甾醇（4），胡萝卜甙（5）。其中（1）是新化合物，（2）为首次从该植物获得。
