Abstract: This work, as the last part of the revision on Chinese Euphorbia (sensu lato), reported 4 uncleared species, 9 synonyms, 3 new record species and 4 reconfirmed species of Euphorbia. And now all the Chinese species of the genus Euphorbia have been reported unless they are sure.

摘要： 本文作为我国大戟属(Euphorbia Linn.)修订的第三部分，主要报道目前我国大戟属中还不清楚的种类，全文共收栽15种，其中9个新异名，3个新记录，l个栽培种，4个存疑种，并对另外4个种进行了讨论；至此，中国大戟属的修订基本完成。
