Abstract: An amide having Casium -antagonist activity was isolated from Aster tartaricus .Its structure was determined as N - ( N - benzoyl - L - phenylalanyl - ) - 0 - actyl - L - phenylalanol by spectral methods and synthesis.

摘要: 从中药紫菀(Aster tartaricus)根中分离了一个有钙桔抗活性的酿胺类化合物。以L-苯丙氨酸为起始原料,分别经苯甲酸化,甲酯化并还原,然后用DCC法缩会再乙酸化,合成了该化合物,证明其结构为N-(N-苯甲酸基-L-苯丙氨酸基)-O-乙酰基-L-苯丙氨醇。
